Happy New Year!


As we ring in 2010, it's time to ask ourselves how we can improve our health? In my line of work, January is the busiest time for us. We see hoards of individuals coming into our facility and classes wanting to make a change. My biggest piece of advice I can give someone is to be patient. When it comes to gaining weight, you did not gain it over night, so therefore it will not come off instantly. Start by making small changes, such as eliminating sodas, adding in 15 minutes of exercise or drinking more water. In time, these changes will add up to big changes on the scale! A New Year could mean a New You! It's time to be Heart Smart!
