Ah, spring is here! Flowers are in bloom and you may be feeling the itch to change up your fitness program. This is the ideal thing to do to trick your body! Some great ways to do this are:

Increase the amount of weight you are lifting. It takes 6 weeks for new muscle to grow, so be patient with yourself! But once you lift more weight, you'll start seeing changes in about 3 weeks.
